Terms of use

What OptoReady is. An independent study tool for internationally graduated optometrists preparing for the IGOEE. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Touchstone Institute, FORAC, the College of Optometrists of Ontario, OEBC or Mercer | Mettl. Passing practice questions does not guarantee any exam result.

Original content only. Every question, case, station and card is written for OptoReady. None of it is recalled exam content. Don't share recalled exam questions with us or anyone else: it breaks Touchstone's exam rules and can void a result.

Your account. One account per person. Keep your password private; we may sign out older sessions or close accounts that are shared or resold. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Free sample and membership. Anyone with an account can use the free sample. Membership unlocks the full question bank, every TPAO case and OSCE station, all flashcards and full-length mocks:

• Written pass: one payment, access to the General MCQ and TPAO material until the last day of the exam sitting you chose.
• Full pass: the same, plus every OSCE station and the mock OSCE circuit.
• Monthly: renews each month until you cancel; access runs to the end of the month you paid for.

If you need to sit the exam again, a new exam pass covers the next sitting.

Payment and refunds. Prices are in Canadian dollars. If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. After 7 days, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future payments; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.

Acceptable use. The content is © OptoReady and licensed to you for your own study, only through this website. Don't copy, screenshot for sharing, scrape, record, republish or resell it, share your account, or try to get around the membership or copy protections. Every copy of the content we send is invisibly marked with your account and pages show your email as a watermark, so leaked material can be traced. You can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time. We may close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

Clinical information. The content is for exam preparation, not patient care. Guidelines and regulations change; check anything important against current official sources.

Availability. We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
