Billing questions
How long does the exam pass last?
Until the last day of the exam sitting you choose. For the March 2027 sitting that is March 14, 2027.
What if I need to sit the exam again?
Buy a new exam pass: it covers the next sitting. Or continue month to month at $59.
What's the difference between the Written pass and the Full pass?
The Written pass covers the virtual exams: the full General MCQ and TPAO bank, every TPAO case, full-length mocks and flashcards. The Full pass adds every OSCE station, the AI patient and examiner, and the mock OSCE circuit. On the Written pass and want the OSCE too? Send us a message and pay only the difference.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan on your Account page after you sign up. We currently take Interac e-Transfer and switch your access on as soon as payment arrives; online card payment is coming soon.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. After 7 days, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future payments; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: every account includes a free sample of every section, with no time limit: 50 General MCQ items, a TPAO case, an OSCE station and 15 flashcards.
Can I share my account?
No. Accounts are for one person and can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time.
